Chalkboard China writes on so easy with chalk and wipes off so easy with just a damp cloth and water

Chalkability, I want to remind you again that with Chalkboard China slate product you will get exceptional “chalkability” meaning the chalk will write on good and thick and come off very easy as well. File the chalk down a bit before writing to break through the film on the chalk, also make sure the conditions are dry. When you make a mistake simply take a dark cloth or towel and wipe surface, do not write again until the surface is completely dry which won’t take long.
